Computer is down

Hi - we will need a lot more info to help. If you use POP mail, see if your
ISP has a webmail feature - or try www.mail2web.com
 
My computer is down and I need to retrieve my email.

Try a new computer, if that doesn't help, try a new user.

If it's down as in not working see if you can pull the data from the
drive. If the drive is dead, then places like OnTrack will be happy
(for a steep fee) to get your data for you.
