Computer hangs

Computer will hang up (freezes)within 1-5 minutes when
the LAN internet connection is established. CTRL-ALT_DEL
will do nothing, have to hold power button until it shuts
off.

Also, If I disconnect the ethernet cable from the LAN,
computer works fine with no lockups.

HI.

I have the same problem. Got it just today when I
installed and uninstalled msn messenger several times.
I'll let you know how to fix it when I know. Pleas tell
med if you allready fixed it.

Bill, did it work fine before and then all of a sudden you got these
problems? Your Driver for your Network Interface
Card maybe corrupt. Get a updated or reinstall the driver.
