Manager and click the Performance Tab. Under Commit
Charge what is the Total, the Limit and the Peak?

Use of Capital Letters is shouting and is considered rude. Don't shout at us
*if* you want help.

There's not very much to go on. If you really want help don't keep
everything a secret.

Do you do anything else that is so processor intensive? It could be
overheating.
Have you tried waiting?
Does the computer meet the specifications needed by the program? (You've
kept the computer specs secret so check what you have against what is
needed- memory and processor, then is the graphics card supported? Have you
installed the latest graphics card drivers? Or the latest software updates
and patches?- you haven't even revealed the program name! Or tried other
software?
Then have you checked for viruses and spyware? Have you tried stopping all
other programs from running apart from ...............
Have you tried SHOUTING at people in help forums for your software or in any
video editing help forums?
