Computer froze

My mom has Windows Millenium addition 1981-2000. She
clicked on to a photo that said play on her internet
power page right after she went on line. Her computer
then froze up.

She proceeded to use McAfee Emergency boot disk and
Windows ME startup disk, to no avail. On the Windows ME
startup it brings her back to the Windows ME and it
brings her back to the Windows ME addition screen page
but it won't go beyond that.

She also tried Windows 98 start up and that didn't work
either.

She is desparately seeking help (her words).

Please help.
