Computer freez, event viewer messages

Hi,
I have Pentium 4 2.4GHz, 256 MB RAM, and Windows XP SP2 with new updates.

5 days ago I formated hdd because mu computer occasionally freezed, even
then I had Win XP SP2 + updates, and now I do all that from the beginning
and it 's the same problem (FREEZE) and I must restart again.
Here is a few the Event Viewer messages:

OP:

None of the errors you list relate to system crashes.
They do need sorting out...

I suggest you
1. download and run memtest86.
2. check temps and voltages in the BIOS.

Report back with full hardware details.

What was the last change you made to the system EG install any memory?
Upgrade a CPU? Anything?
