computer error

I'm getting a pop up error with the following:
Runtime Error!
microsoft visual c++ Runtime Library
- pure virtual funcion call R6025
I know it's Internet Explorer but what and how do I fix
it? , I have been on this now for about 4 weeks and it
seems no one know's or has even heard of it. NEED HELP
RUNNING XPWINDOWS computer is only new and no virus in
it. I would really appreciate help or direction for me to
where I could fine help on this problem.thank you
