After I installed this program my computer crashed. This is the error message
I receive and I can't get past it. I do not want to reformat the hard drive
because of a file that I haven't save from it.

What version of Windows?

There's a thread here:

http://www.d-a-l.com/help/showthread.php?t=30984&page=1

which I believe has suggestions that have the best chance of success--the
idea being (on XP) to get to System restore from a command line--if this is
XP Home, there is likely no password on Administrator--and restore to a date
before the problem.

It is unlikely that you will need to reformat.
