computer constantly freezes

I bought this computer about two months ago from Canada Computers and it has
been freezing since I got it. It is a total freeze, pressing ctrl alt delete
does nothing. It has been in their shop almost as much as it has been in my
house.

They first said it was a faulty video card and replaced it. Nope still
freezing. Then it was the momory. Nope still freezing. Then they decided
my motherboard needing updating. Still no.

I'm getting the following error messages in the event system viewer:

The COM+ event system detected a bad return code during its internal
processing. HRESULT was 80070422 from line 44 of
d:\qxp_slp\com\com1x\src\events\tier1\eventsystemobj.cpp

and

Volume Shadow Service copy error: Unexpected error calling routine
CoCreateInstance. HR= 0x80040206

Any ideas? I'm getting very frustrated and the techs at the store don't
seem to be able to fix it.

Thanks!

You need to take the computer back and insist they either give you a new one
or give you your money back. It is my opinion that you have a lemon. Take
it back and don't leave without a new system or money.

Do you have any idea what the error messages are?

I have a feeling they are going to give me trouble on a return.

Disable what in the BIOS? You cannot disable BIOS. No BIOS
means computer cannot even boot. You should post the exact
message, where it comes from (when), and numerous other
details. Your responses will only be as good as the
information provided. Currently you posted no useful facts;
therefore got no useful responses.

Did it say disable <something> in the BIOS rather than the BIOS. And "Who" said this anyway. And "Why" do you want to?
