computer collection does not sync w/ zune device

I'm new to zune but am having problem syncing my computer collection to my
zune. I've organized the artist how I want them on my computer but they are
not reflected on my zune. I've also deleted songs and albums from computer
collection but they are still on my zune. I've tried to reboot and reformat
but nothing. please help!!!!!!
