computer boots up at random

I have never seen this before. I recently upgraded to
windows 2000, installed all of the updates and the
computer is running great. The problem is that it will
boot up at random. Does anyone have any suggestions?
 
Boots or Reboots?

Reboots could be virus or temperature issue.

Boot could be due to remote signals through some input
devices (Modem or Network Card). But these are usually
only to Wake from Sleep mode.
