I would like to be able to set multiple alarms.
Any one know of a program that will act like an alarm clock on the
PC??

There are lots of third-party applications that do this. One that I am aware of is Yahoo Widget
Engine (formerly Konfabulator) and you can download a alarm widget for it. Works very well.
