'Arlarm clock' For XP SP2

Anyone know how to get an alarm clock for me? Like I start playing a game at
8pm and all of a sudden it's 3am! I'd like to be able to set the alarm clock
so it would go off at 11pm so I can go to bed.

Go to Target or Walmart or any such store, go to alarm clock section.
Purchase alarm clock. Then make appointment to see counselor about
computer addiction.
