Computer Adminstrator

When i run the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer, it
tells me I have more than one Adminstrator on my computer.

When I go to control panel - user accounts, it just shows
the one i am aware of.

How do I find out where this other administrator is in
the system and get rid of it?

net localgroup administrators
