Computer Administrator

When we go in to "Computer Administrator" and try to change our password, it doesn't recognize the current password. We recently installed Norton Anti-Virus 2004 and it completely messed up our computer. The only way to get everything to work again was to do "System Restore". Now the Computer Administrator won't recognize our password. Any suggestions on how to create a new password? Thanks

Easiest way would be to start in safe mode and create a new administrators account making the current one redundant.
