I have been trying to unzipped folders downloaded from the internet & this is
the message I get. I tried:

Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 zipfldr.dll

Restore Zip Folders to Default in XP (Line 139)
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

None of those seem to work.

I am running Windows XP Home.

Help!

Hi Paula,

If the download is corrupt, reregistering the .zip function isn't going to
help. Delete the download, clear temp folders, then redownload and try
again.

Thank you so so much Rick! I cleared my internet files (which took forever,
but well worth it), and wah! lah! Problem solved. I really appreciate you
making my life easier! Thanks a mil! ;-)

Hi Kenny,

Did you reregister the .zip association?

Start/run "regsvr32 zipfldr.dll"

I am kenny! I just have a similar problem
Kenny, it's not a good idea to hijack someone else's thread. It isn't
fair to them and hinders both of you getting help. Post a new thread
for your problem.
