Compressed Old Files

Hi All,
What's the "Compressed Old Files" after Windows system tool disk cleanup
scaned the disk. Can I delete them?

Its compressed files that haven't been accessed in a while, if you delete
them you could be in for trouble.
Check what the files are for/from and if neccessary uninstall the relevent
apps. Dont delete/uninstall if yr not very sure!

Actually I delete them each time after I run disk clean up and didn't find
anything wrong.
