Component Database upgrades

Hey everyone,
I have downloaded various .img update files and am somewhat
confused as to what I should be installing to upgrade the various
components. Each img file contains a "Windows" folder with an "SP1",
"SP2", and "FP2007" folders. I have feature pack 2007 installed.
Should I be running the exe located in the FP2007 only or should i be
running each one in order, sp1, sp2, fp2007?
