Complexity requirements

Hello,

We currently have a domain with aprox 200 users.
Complexity requirements for the passwords is not set at the moment.
When I set the complexity requirements, what happens to the users and
servers that are logged on?
Can they continue working until their passwords expires?
Does everything stops working when I put the requirements on?

Once you set the policy, no new passwords can be created unless they meet
requirements. That also means that yes, the old passwords will work until they need
to be changed. If you decide to reverse this policy, be sure to select "disabled"
instead of undefined. --- Steve
