completely the wrong newsgroup

i used to use this exact type "Service" for all my microsoft products.....
office.... server..... exchange.... it had a menu on the left that let me
choose which product.. and then brought me to a newsgroup that looked
identical to this.....


can anyone tell me how the hell to get there these days? im lost and keep
clicking in circles never getting anywhere....... im looking fore this same
type of forum but for other products... does anyone remember ... or know what
i mean? please post a link....... surfing microsofts site is like rowing
through the ocean with a toothpick....... im just not getting anywhere!
