Completed Meetings

I am trying to decide what calendar app. to use for my scheduling seeing as I
use outlook for my email. But am at a loss why you can not show meetings as
completed or canceled. In every other app. I have looked at and all the app's
I have used before they let you show the meeting as completed with a strike
or something to that effect. This allows you to see a complete picture of
your calendar and if it grays out allows you to focus on what is coming up.
It seems to be an easy thing for you to add and every common in other
software. If there is a way to do this in outlook I would love to know, as I
need to switch from my current calendaring software ASAP. Also it would be
nice to be able to mark billable appointments in some way and show that they
had been billed in the calendar view. This would help in many ways! I am
sure many service professionals as myself would love this.

Thank you

Nothing prevents you from appending, editing or otherwise adding to the
subjects an indication or indicator such as you suggest.

you can use categories to indicate completed or canceled and also to
highlight the appointments you need to use for billing.
