COMPLETE DESCRIPTION

Hello,

I have this file I use to calculate cost of different departments. In each
Cell I have a total in $. I would Like to give this amount more details,
whithout showing them in the main view. (I do not want to use the comment
bos either. They could be atteined with a double click maybe or something
else, I dont know. I was wondering if this is possible? and if yes what is
to best way to acheive this.

Use Data Validation, allow any value, and input the description in the
Input Message tab
