Dear Microsoft.
Your Outlook program should have an easier way to modify message rules. I sugest the method used by Outlook express.
Here's why. In OE one can open a rule and add a sender to a rule simply by clicking on a button that opens up the address book. NOT so in Outlook, unless I've missed it. In Outlook I had to go to a message, move the Outlook window far to the right of the screen, open the rules wizard and move it to the left, then manualy enter the senders properties into the rule. Why? I found out I couldn't use the Windows clipboard while in the rules modification window.
Have I missed something? I'll bet I have. But if I haven't would you please make the modification task as simple as it is in OE?
Thanks
Fran
