Compiling DLL's using .Net Standard 2003

Hi,

I'm having the same problem to those people who want to create a class and
produce a dll file.

I was wondering if anyone had a sample piece of code that I could have
(nothing strenuous) that can then be compiled via the command line into a
dll.

You help would be much appreciated!
