Compatiblity issues with Outlook 2003 and Lotus Notes, Problem?

Anyone have any compatibility issues between Outlook 2003 and Lotus Notes?
If I send attachments from Outlook, they can't be seen in Lotus Notes
although the size of the e-mail tells the recipient they are there...Help!

Make sure you're not sending the message in Rich Text format, since only
other Outlook users can read that format.
