i recently cannot quickly open old ppt files in ppt 07. it takes more than
ten minutes for older files to open. They used to open quickly. Why did this
change?

This is an excellent link. Also, I am on a laptop that only has a printer
when I am on my office network. So, that is possible.

I am checkiing some of the other ideas in the FAQ00114.
