What exactly do I do regarding the message above as I dont know what is or
isnt supported.
The message pops up every time I open the workbook. I did delete `old` excel
and installed office 2007 unfortunately

I suggest that you resave your file to the new format. Choose save as and
save it as an Excel workbook or Choose the Officebutton and the Convert
command which should be available in the drop-down menu.

Then use the new file instead if it is mainly you and other 2007 users that
will work with it.
