Comparing two lists?

Hi,

Just wondering if there is a quick and easy way of comparing two list of
names. I'd also like to identify the additions in the 2nd list, and
deletions from the 1st list.

At the moment I've been manually going through the sorted lists, but its
becoming very tedious.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
