I am looking for a way to compare two PDF files. A version of examdiff
for PDF files would be great!

In short: AFAIK, such a thing does not exist.
What you can do, though: extract the text from the PDF with a tool
like "pdftext" from the XPDF bundle [1], and then do a simple text
comparison using a tool like, let's say, WinMerge [2].
