Compaq IJ600

A friend has Compaq ME system with a IJ600 printer. The odd thing is
that he can print somethings, others time he tries to print the system
goes through it Compaq oddities, and nothing happens with the
printer. Where should I look????

It would help to know specifics. From what applications can and can't he
print.

Mostly he is trying to print messages received from the Juno
application. Some messages print others do not. He forwarded a
messaged to me, and it printed here, and when I reforwarded the
message back to him, he was able to print the message. So it sounds
like some garbage picked up from Juno, but it would be interesting to
know.

Seems like a Juno issue then and they would be the best source of support.
Might be a known issue to them.
