Company Logo Disappears

Hi all,
I received an excel sheet via email.
I open it on my computer and everything is fine.
When my co-worker opens it, the company logo isn't there.

Has anyone ever come across this?

MS Windows XP Pro SP2 (fully updated)
MS Office Pro Edition 2003 (fully updated)
