Compacting Folders

Why am I getting the message (OE 5) that the folder cannot be clean. There is
not enough disk space when I'm trying to compact the inbox folder. Error No.
0x800c013c. My free space is still around 30GB.
 
Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
