Hi frnd,
Can u plz tell me when Compact Framework SP2 would be
released...?

SP2 is currently in a beta testing process. it'd most likely be released by
the end of this year.

Until it's officially announced as released, I'd just assume that's an old
link that if it works (it works sometimes), gets you the old, bad SP2
binaries.
