I´ve develop an application using Visual Studio 2005 and compact framewotk 2.0.
Could be ruun on windows ce 4.2 system?

If the CE4.2 device has .NET Compact Framework 2.0 installed on it.

You need to install Compact Framework 2.0 SP1 (or later) on the device.
