I am currently running windows 2000 professional and am using AOL 9.0, when I am on the internet my computer frequently shuts down completely and gives me the message that it is Dumping the Physical Memory. I need to know what to do in order to fix this problem. Please help. Thank you.

If you connect to the Internet only via AOL, and this doesn't happen when
you aren't using AOL, I'd suspect AOL. Reinstall? Check with their support?
Also, what do you see in your event logs?

You need to tell us more, lots more.

[1] which service pack?
[2] how long did it run correctly, before this happened?
[3] are you using AOL with the administrator account?
[4] what anti-virus software and when was it last updated?
[5] what firewall and/or router are you using?
[6] are you on a network and/or in a domain?
[7] anything else?
