Como eliminar arquivo fantasma <0w#25>??

Foi criado automaticamente pelo Outlook dois arquivos fantasma com nome
<0w#25> enão consigo eliminar!!! Porque??

Outllook created two ghost files names <0w#25> which I can't eliminate! Why??
