When you install a program from the ADMIN account, the
shortcuts are made for any user. Some programs will even
ask you who you want to access the program. But if you
install a program as a user (other than ADMIN) then only
that user may be able to use the program.
To force access to a program from all accounts:
1. Rerun the program setup from each user's account.
2. Try adding a shortcut to the user's account by right
clicking on the shortcut you want to copy and select cut,
then right click the start menu and choose "Explore All
Users". Select the "Programs Folder", right click and
paste. You can use the reverse procedure to take a
program away from a user and put it in your account.
