Commercial knowledge base software?

I am looking for a professional knowledgebase or FAQ software. So far I
haven't seen anything other than InstantKB.NET. Any others?

I am looking for advanced features such as RSS syndication, rich text
editing.etc.

while I dont know of any off hand I would think that it wouldn't be too
difficult to write. I mean many of us have something similar already built on
our sites. You could probably do it up yourself pretty easily, if not just
hollar and I'm sure someone wouldn't mind designing one (for a modest fee of
course).
