comments to Autoshapes

Would anyone happen to know how I add a comment box to an autoshape i
excel 9
 
You could add a comment to the cell at the top right of the AutoShape,
but AFAIK you can't add a comment directly to the shape.
 
Could this be a possible workaround for you? Right click your AutoShape,
and add a Hyperlink. Link to a cell directly behind the AutoShape just in
case they click the AutoShape. Fill in the "Screen Tip..." with your text.
When the mouse moves over the AutoShape, you should see your Screen Tip.

AFAIK, the Screentip property was added in Excel 2000, and the question
referred to Excel 97.
