Comment and autofilter in cell of protected sheet

It seems if I put a comment in a column header and turn on autofilter for
the rows below, and then protect the sheet, the comment feature won't work.

That is, when I hover over the cell with the comment (and the filter
drop-down icon), the comment won't show - the mouse becomes the finger
pointer anywhere over the cell.

Is this a known bug?

But you can right click on that cell and select "show/hide comments".
