Can I use COMMANDS functions in a worksheet formula? If so, how do
unhide the COMMANDS function category so that I can easily choose or i
there syntax I can use to, for example, add PASTE command to the -Valu
if true- field of the Formula Palette

also after re-reading your post I still don't know what you mean with
COMMANDS functions??
