commandline compare utility to

Hi !

I'm looking for any freeware commandline compare utility to
generate 3 output files which contains:

- lines common to both file
- lines only found in 1st file
- lines only found in 2nd file

Not exactly what you asked for, but if you don't
know about WinMerge you might want to take a
look at that. It's very nicely designed for comparing
two files side-by-side in a GUI layout.

What you want sounds like a job for a script.
