Command to get computer network speed

Did anybody know a command that I can type to get the
network speed of a computer through the network? I wan't
to know if a computer is connected at 10 or 100Mb?
Thanks!
 
You can open the network connections folder and double click on a connection
icon. It should show you what the link speed you are connected to the
network with.
