When i open internet explorer command prompt cuts in i am
sick of this why does it happen and how can i get rid of
it please help me
 
What command prompt?

Do you mean that Windows Explorer opens?

If so it may be that you have created a folder and named it Program or
Programs
rename it MyProgram or MyPrograms.

Other wise please give more information.
