Command Prompt Error

Hello.

When I go to Start-->Run--> and enter command, this is
the error I get...

Cannon load VDM IPX/SPX support
Microsoft<R> Windows Dos
<C>Copyright Microsoft Corp 1990-2001.

C:\DOCUME`1\RAJ>

If enter ipconfig... it just gives me the same c prompt...

Any help would be beneficial...

I'm not sure what is causing the error, but you do not want to type command
to open a prompt in XP (or any other NT based OS). That opens the 16-bit
virtual dos machine. What you want to type is CMD
