Command line tool to inspect and repair XP

Sorry to post this one if it's already been asked, but I'm
under the gun here.

There is a tool that you can run from the command line
(NOT the recovery console) that upon rebooting your XP
system, it will inspect and repair your OS install,
prompting you for the XP install media when it finds a
incorrect file...what is that tool?

I used it several months ago, but I've slept since then.
