Command Line Option Syntax Error

When trying to open a power point presentation in power point viewer from a
web site I am getting the error message "command line option syntax error". I
can open other presentations from this same site, but a few are giving me
this message. What does this mean? Am I doing something wrong?

What are the URLs?

It may be that spaces in the URL are confusing the viewer.
