Command Line Arguments like VB6 IDE

Hello,
In vb6, on the properties there is an option to compilie code with
arguments.. for testing.. where can i find, or be able to this in vb.net
2008?

In the solution explorer select "My Project" -> "Debug". You can set the
command line options there.
