Command line and batch file customization

Hi

wondering if there are C prompt commands to do the following

Virtual memory on D drive set to 2X RAM
Adjust for Best Performance
Enable 'Remote Desktop'
Show Extensions
Show Hidden Files
Delete 'My Documents'
Lock screensaver after 60 mins.
Set Event Logs to Overwrite Events as Needed
Uninstall Outlook Express, MSN, MSN Messenger
Change Folder Options to Show Common Tasks
Turn Windows Firewall Off
Change the CD/DVD Drive Letter to R
Turn Monitor off after 45 Minutes
Turn Hibernate off in the power settings

We don't ghost here .. policy .. so I'd like to have a way to run a
batch file that sets as many of the above options as possible on each
new workstation
