Command buttons not alloweds?

in the form design view I click Tools > customize > commands
When I go to add them to my form it has a black x next to it and will not
let me add them to the form.

I have been stuck on this for over an hour trying to figure out why it won't
let me add any command buttons to my form?

Any Idea?

Any Idea?

Tools - Customize - Commands is for customizing menus and toolbars. Buttons
on forms are a completely different animal. Those are created using the
Toolbox bar while in design view. This is the same bar you use to add
TextBoxes, ComboBoxes, etc..
