Comma Delimited Numbers

Hi, I have received a file with a comma instead of a decimal point. How do i
convert 4,56 to 4.56?

Thanks Amit,
This does not seem to work in excel when there are a large number of prices.
There are some 8,000 prices where this change needs to occur.
Is a formula required?
